THE DOLL HOUSE CORPORATION (DHC) is a program that
uses doll play and the arts to heal families who are impacted by trauma. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 program located in Dorchester MA. Our program serves families, women and girls experiencing the desire to build healthy relationships that may have been loss
through trauma. We aim to enhance the wellbeing and trust in families.
DHC is motivated by the belief that creative play with dolls have the ability to connect healthy pathways of learning and build strong leaders and healthy families. The mother/daughter
bond is critical to the community and opportunities to build that bond should happen no matter what their circumstances. When utilizing dolls women and girls see a positive image of themselves. We believe that through doll play and the arts families
will gain the right knowledge and have a sense of pride about themselves as we use these tools for growth and to build self-esteem. DHC promotes early career goals, building family relationships and mental health awareness. The program is centered around different
themes such as, Self-care and Holistic Healing, Career Goals and Skill Building, Creative Arts and Mindfulnes. We welcome families of all ages, race, colors, religions, and genders.
